Taking care of wood products will increase their service life and is also an integral part of food hygiene.
Wash after use without using abrasive materials. Wipe dry or leave upright until dry. Do not store the board near heat sources (stove, oven, radiator, convector). Wooden products must not be washed in dishwashers. Do not leave the board in water for an extended period. In order for your board to serve you longer, periodically wipe the surface of the board with oil (linseed or mineral pharmacy oil). Using a soft cloth, apply oil on all sides, including the side area. Leave overnight, then remove excess oil with a napkin.
The board is ready for use again.
